Counselling & Coaching
As a counsellor, Jutta offers a patient-centric approach, designed to uncover practical ways of dealing with your problems rather than giving you advice or telling you what to do. Her role is to help her clients develop their own understanding of their situations by freely exploring their lives and feelings in an open setting. Talking in this way is rarely possible with friends or family, who are likely to be too emotionally involved or full of opinions and biases that may affect the discussion. Talking to Jutta gives you the opportunity to express difficult feelings such as anger, resentment, guilt, and fear, in an entirely safe setting where you will be able to discuss any problem and its solution/s without judgement.
Exploring all the potential difficulties experienced by her patients, including stress, trauma, and high emotions, Jutta is there to help you to see things more clearly—often from a different view point. Jutta’s insights will enable you to be able to focus more easily on your feelings and behaviour, with the ultimate goal of being able to implement positive life changes. The endgame is always for Jutta’s patients to be able to maximise their own potential and feel empowered to make their own (good) choices.
By focusing on the unique emotional and intellectual experiences of her clients, Jutta’s counselling brings clarity to confusing situations and helps her clients to effect positive changes in their lives.
Beginning with the question: Which areas of human life are most important for finding happiness, contentment, and allowing us to live life to the fullest?—Jutta encourages her clients to reach a deeper level of connection between themselves and the world.
Drawing on the four pillars required for a fulfilled life, as well as mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), yoga, Qi’gong, breathing exercises, elements from dance therapy and positive nutritional practices, Jutta teaches her clients how to work with their bodies to become more aware of themselves in the here and now.
The four pillars for a balanced life are as follows:
-
Health | hobbies |nutrition | sport
-
Job | achievements
-
A sense of purpose | self-realisation
-
Social contacts |family | friends ( adapted from Dr.Peseschkian)
In addition to helping her clients understand the nuances of each of the life pillars, Jutta strongly encourages the practice of mindfulness, which is about purposefully cultivating a way to quieten our minds, connect with our bodies, and open our hearts. Kindness, warmth, and compassion are all essential aspects of the mindfulness that Jutta teaches as a means of transforming emotional pain and suffering.
Jutta’s personal training is principally designed for those in the 40—65 age bracket, who are looking to establish firmly integrated personal fitness support in their turbulent everyday lives. Jutta offers the following personal training services:
1:1 training
This is personal training in the classic sense. Jutta will help you to optimally carry out a training plan prepared especially for you and adapt it to your needs. These one-on-one private sessions with Jutta allow for immediate physical corrections, ensuring that all exercises are being executed correctly.
Within this supportive environment, each individual receives the right kind of attention, tailored specifically to their needs and leading to reliable and quickly visible results. Training in this closely monitored way creates a stable foundation for progress and ensures that the early motivation that often accompanies the beginning of any fitness journey can be sustained. Jutta’s holistic approach to physical health is also fundamentally designed to contribute to success in other arenas of her clients’ lives, with the feeling of wellbeing generated from the workouts deliberately harnessed to increase overall levels of self-esteem, confidence, and happiness.

Unlike other ‘pure fitness’ focused forms of physical exercise, Jutta’s one-on-one training is explicitly designed to address the physical and emotional components of an individual’s life. The results one can expect from this holistic approach are as follows:
An increase in stress resilience;
A more positive outlook on life;
Increased confidence;
Better nutritional habits;
A linking of one’s physical and emotional wellbeing.
Before undertaking one-on-one training with Jutta, clients are required to complete an anamnesis interview, during which their fitness and physical history are discussed in detail, and their goals for lifestyle improvement are analysed. For this purpose, the following three fields are of particular importance:
1. Stress management
• How resilient is your stress system?
• Discussion of successful use of breathing exercises;
• Discussion of successful application of relaxation techniques;
• Discussion of stress tolerance levels;
• Discussion of everyday tips for reducing stress hormones;
• Analysis of current stress levels.
2. Diet
• Analysis of your eating habits;
• Special dietary recommendations for your symptoms;
• Recommendation of supplements to support your regeneration;
• Recommendation of specific adjustments to your current lifestyle;
• Discussion of everyday strategies to implement for a healthier life.
3. Sleep optimisation
• Analysis of your sleep behaviour;
• Tips on sleep hygiene;
• Tips to stimulate melatonin production;
• Discussion of daytime strategies that can be implemented to get a better night’s sleep.
